Teachers can use applications like Padlet, Duolingo, and TED talks to enhance English learning skills. However, they must monitor and evaluate ICT usage, paying attention to students' responses, technical difficulties, and learning objectives. To overcome network constraints, time management, and limited internet quotas, lecturers can provide offline resources, government subsidies, and cooperate with service providers. ICT Usage Planning and preparing materials in advance maximize time usage and avoid lost valuable time.
